Further winds are now sustained at the 110 MPH mark (Cat 2) and Hurricane Harvey is moving NW at 315 degrees at about 10 MPH.  At 111 MPH the storm becomes a category 3. (Safer Simpson Scale)

The other thing to think about in a windy storm is spin-off tornadoes which are predicted through this evening through the middle and upper Texas coast....

Rainbands from Harvey are already ingressing the coastline from the Sabine River/Lake Charles areas down to Corpus Christie area proper.
