Houston Residents Form Human Chain to Rescue Elderly Man from Submerged SUV in Flood Waters

Nothing is more heart warming this week than watching the resilience of Texas residents stepping up to help one another during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, since the tropical storm left a majority of the nations 4th largest city, Houston, under water.

As an elderly man sat in his submerged SUV, a group of people came together to form a human chain into the floods waters to rescue him. The CNN clip is posted above.

According to reports, the man was immediately taken to a hospital and later reunited with his son.
