Feeling stressed? Try some of these stretches to help you unwind after a stressful day at work or school.

Honestly, if I could bring a yoga mat to work and stretch during the day I would. At the first sign of an impending stressful situation I become tense, and after a few hours my muscles hate me and I'm not only mentally exhausted, I'm physically exhausted.

I'm not sure when the last time you stretched was, and I know it sounds goofy to sit on the floor and stretch after work, but I promise it's magical. Taking all of that tension out of your body and giving yourself a few minutes you "you" time is important. You can't expect to relax your mind if your body isn't relaxed.
