The night before Valentine's Day, most men were figuring out how to come up with the appropriate card/candy/gift combination with less than 24 hours to go. However, in Lake Charles, a cretin determined it was time to shop for free at the expense of Calcasieu Parish taxpayers by breaking into College Oaks Elementary School.
